The Tree Adoption Uganda model has been used to create schools where students and nature flourish across the country especially areas that frequently suffer from climate disasters for example in Bududa where it as implemented in 14 primary schools. Tree Adoption Uganda is also spearheading Environmental Education in four Refugee schools in Kiryandongo, in partnership with Global Refugee Initiatives (GRI).

We have also donated hundreds of the toolkit to several primary schools in Uganda to aid the students start on a journey of environmental stewardship through their schools’ environmental clubs
